Research
He has a master degree in political science. He
did also research about link between the PDO/PGI product and the terroir
in the ETHZ. He his now technical manager in the certification body (EN
45011) for the PDO/PGI products in the French part in Switzerland. He
is part time assistant at the University of Lausanne in the political
science, in charge of a lecture about the European rural policy.
